Químicas Unidas de Puerto Rico, Inc. started its operations for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean on 1964 by Dr. L. Hart, founder and president. Since then this institution has been handed down to three generations of women.
Our company is truly dedicated to sales and distribution of raw material for the industry. Our Products come from distinguished global companies like BASF PFE, BASF Construction Products, Foampak, Inc., Versico, Carlisle Energy Services, Andek, Crompton Corporation (previously known as Witco Corporation), Crisón LLC, FRT Chemical, Reheis, Inc., among others.
We have a large variety of products for different industries. Químicas Unidas has specialized principally in three, insulation and waterproofing roofing systems and construction industry, pharmaceutical industry and other manufacturing industries.
Celebrating our 45th year we have decided to refocus our perspective towards sustainable products that are of benefit to the environment. Throughout time we have offered the highest quality products that have been measured by the highest standards in the industry. At the same time the companies which we distribute have been pioneers in offering construction products that are LEED compliant or green.
